Preparing for Your Home Visit

We ask all scheduled home visit of patient and/or caregiver to have a list of all prescribed medication, any assisted aide equipment needed by patient and a contact information of current or former physcian. You can provide any other relevant information and schedule at least one hour for your home visit.

  • Appointments

    We can schedule you by phone or mobile app apointment. We will confirm each appointment 24-48 hours prior to home visit and verify your information necessary for your visit.

  • Convienent Scheduling

    We know your time is valuable and we’ll make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, emergencies, complications, and other issues may lead to unexpected delays.

  • Caregiver Care

    Caregivers Care Team is customized to the needs of your parent or senior family member.  A Care professional will access to quick-start home care and directly provide non-medical, in-home care for your love one. The Care Team will bring you the peace of mind you need so you can focus on all of life’s other pressing matters.

  • Tests

    Depending on the nature and complexity of your tests, the timing of results may vary widely. If your physcian orders tests during your appointment, please ask him or her when you should expect to hear about the results. Our office will always follow up with you on results of all tests.

  • Your Bill

    If you have any questions when you receive your bill, please contact our billing office by phone or email. We will make every effort to respond within 24 hours.

  • Follow Up Appointments

    We can schedule a weekly appointment with a home care nurse upon physician's orders and other services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and podiatry care for foot care.

  • Prescriptions

    If you need to speak with your physician between visits, please allow up to 24 hours for your non-urgent calls to be returned. Your physician’s medical secretary can help you with prescription refills.

  • Concerns

    If you have any concerns regarding any aspect of your visit, please call and speak with the Administrative Manager, Mary Gaines

Call us anytime to discuss alternative payment options. We offer payment fees but will not turn anyone away for services.
